    Energetic regional dances from Adjara, Kartli, and Svaneti.

  5. Trio Mandili — Live

    Georgia's beloved folk trio performs traditional songs with panduri and three-part harmony.

  6. Khachapuri Making Demo

    Watch (and learn!) how Adjarian boat-bread is hand-shaped and baked.

  7. Wine Tasting

    Sample qvevri-aged Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and other Georgian varietals (21+).

  8. Live Band

    Modern Georgian folk-rock — dance floor opens.

  9. Closing Toast (Supra)

    Traditional Georgian feast tradition — the tamada leads a closing toast.
